Note to self... and others. So when you're walking over the bridge from UP back to campus, don't stand over the train because it's fascinating. I was so excited to see the first glimpse of it passing by, and feel it's roar under my feet and blowing breeze through my hair when it tooted alllllll over me! Not exactly what i expected, yet after i overcame the fact that my pleasant experience was ruined by a large puff of hot smoke, i realized that it was probably funnier than disappointing. Hope this entry was xanga worthy!! love y'all

HIIII!!!!!!! yay for the second post this whole quarter! it's one thing to read everybody else's xanga, but keeping up with my own is harder than it seems. that and i dont really feel like i have anything interesting that's not too personal to write, if you konw what i mean.  well i just read about the day i discovered dark chocolate m&m's WHILE i was eating them. Yes, my first package. thanks for the finals care package, mom! school's been crazy and i'm ready for the quarter to be over next week, but prob not for the same reasons as everyone else. i LOVE my classes. really i do. I'm just ready for a break.  Next quarter will prob be a bit easier but more boring. boo

Tomorrow is hoe down! it was way fun last year so i hope it'll be just as good this time around.  It'll be fun to dress up, dance, eat, and just play with wonderful friends.  could it get any better?

So only like 2 more classes in each subject, THEN a visit/working at the good ole' Pine Cove for the weekend, hopefully see PC friends, and then wonderful Thanksgiving.  ok study time. bye

Today was soooo good! I woke up early and helped at the dog hawl, but so many people already moved in so we didnt do too much, but i did meet some cool freshmen.  Then we all went out to eat at Johnny's, i helped out Bethany with temple tech stuff, ran errands with Lindsey, bought books, and now im at work. yay. So books costs so much money and im so thankful for a job. I also found a new bag of M&Ms that are DARK chocolate a.k.a. my FAVORITE! It seems like every time dark choc. is advertised it is in a purple bagging of some sort. Maybe it's because it's royal. or maybe richer than reg choc. and it's a richer color? i dunno. anyway. they are AMAZING! Now im at work until 8:30. I'm ready for school to start and get into a new groove. ahhhh

Tomorrow is BCM's Freshman Survival! I'm using my kitchen skills and preparing/ serving lunch. I couldnt have asked for a better job.  i loved survival last year and met so many wonderful people that are still my friends today.  After that im off to temple again to play play play with new freshmen and friends.

yay for two new, FREE t-shirts and a call from Joey at pine cove. holla

My Indy visit was so good! After the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, we went to an outside shopping mall called Metropolis on Saturday, church on Sunday, went out to eat lots with both ours and mike's families, and just fun sister time.

Now im back at school!!! yay. Me and Jana's room looks so cute and its good to visit friends again. I'm so glad that school is actually starting, but im a bit sad to see the summer go. It was a wonderful summer. I did so much, making it feel much longer than 3 months. 1) Six weeks at pine cove, 2) Four weeks lifeguarding, 3) family vacation, 4) packing for school. I cherished those times with my friends at home and loved living back at home for a few weeks. I had such a good time with my parents. yay for maturity!

That's about it! I love you, Mr. and Mrs. Ehrhardt :)

it's nice to go on two walks ourside during the day and not sweat.  sound impossible? not in INDIANA!  My parents and i flew here on wednesday, i finally met mike, saw my sissy, and just kinda hung out.  Yesterday my sister worked so i got the opportunity to hang out all afternoon with a friend named Brittany from pine cove!  She treated me to a yummy lunch at a cute cafe (i forget the name), then we went back to her pretty house, met her soooo friendly golden retriever, Max, went on a walk, played pool, made cookies with her mom, and just had a wonderful time talking and laughing.  Then i met up with my family for dinner and met mike's parents. it was such a good day.  now im off to go see that famous racetrack or something.... :D
